Price Match Policy
If you have used our contact us page for price matches, we try to answer within 24 hours. You can also try our live chat for the fastest response.
We are committed to offering competitive prices and will always do our best to match a genuine competitor’s price wherever possible.
To qualify for a price match, the following conditions apply:
● The competitor’s price must be supported by a publicly accessible website where the product and price can be easily viewed and verified.
● The product must be identical in every respect, including (but not limited to):
● brand and manufacturer;
● model number;
● size and specification;
● colour or finish (even where the manufacturer uses a different name for what is effectively the same colour or finish).
● The competitor must be a genuine authorised retailer of the manufacturer and a genuine retailer trading within mainland UK.
● The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.
We reserve the right to refuse a price match in the following circumstances:
● Where matching the price would not be commercially or economically viable.
● Where we are unable to verify the competitor’s price or offer.
● Where the product differs in any way from the item we supply.
● Where the competitor is advertising clearance, liquidation, closing down, or administration sales.
● Where the competitor is located outside mainland UK or the price excludes delivery charges applicable to mainland UK.
● Where the price is the result of a pricing error, auction, marketplace listing, membership scheme, voucher, cashback offer, finance promotion, or any other limited or exclusive promotion.
All price match requests are considered at our sole discretion, and our decision is final. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this Price Match Policy at any time without prior notice.
