Delivery

At Baby Nest London, we understand the importance of timely and hassle-free deliveries. That's why we're excited to introduce DPD Pin Delivery, a revolutionary service enhancing customer security and curbing fraudulent activities.

How does the DPD PIN Code delivery work?

Any delivery direct from us will generate a unique 4-digit PIN Code, sent directly to the mobile number and email address associated with your order. This PIN Code must be shared with your DPD driver, to input into the scanner and subsequently release your parcel(s) to you. Please ensure to check the correct mobile number and email address is provided at checkout.

What if you can't find your PIN?

If you have happened to delete the SMS/email with your PIN Code, the driver is able to resend the PIN to the mobile number or email address assosciated with the order.

If you miss the delivery, the driver will schedule to reattempt a delivery the following day.

Why do we use DPD Pin Code delivery?

We have introduced this process to reinforce the safety and security of your order.

NOTE: Without your DPD PIN Code, the driver will be unable to give you your items.

In cases where a delivery has been refused. The consingment is returned to the sender (baby-nest.co.uk). We will then wait for you to contact us, to decide if the consignment is still wanted or not.

We will only deliver goods to the billing address on the order. Deliveries to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scottish Islands & Highlands and postcodes mentioned below, incur an extra charge, and we will contact you to discuss this.

Please note as a result of the new customs regulations following brexit, we no longer ship to Northern Ireland so will be unable to fulfill any orders made to this address.

While we do offer free shipping on orders over £75 to Mainland UK, some furniture companies charge for delivery, of which this is reflected in the basket.

Smaller Parcel Deliveries

For smaller parcels, we use Evri as our trusted courier partner. They provide reliable and efficient delivery services across the UK, ensuring your items arrive safely and on time. You’ll receive full tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note our cut off time for next day delivery is 2pm Monday-Thursday. Friday's Next Working Day delivery will arrive on Monday's (excluding bank holidays).

Note: Please check all deliveries for damages or discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Please be aware that your products may come in bigger boxes than the product itself, but this is purely to protect and group your items, your actual items will be in their original boxes inside the bigger outer box.
