Our designated couriers DPD, DHL or APC Overnight will deliver your order on a next day delivery service as soon as the item is despatched.

DPD or DHL will provide you with a one hour delivery time window on the day of delivery. If no one is available for delivery at the address, DPD/DHL will leave a card with the option to have the order redelivered on a day that is suitable for you and also allow you the option to collect from the local depot. Smaller Items may be delivered by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, APC or Evri.

In cases where a delivery has been refused, the consingment is returned to the sender (baby-nest.co.uk). We will then wait for you to contact us, to decide if the consignment is still wanted or not.

We will only deliver goods to the billing address on the order.

If your item is not in stock, it will show as €™Available to Pre-Order€™. We will back order for you and advise you by email of an approximate delivery date. Most orders will be fulfilled within 30 days.
